Returns & Refunds
Our return policy depends on whether the item was fulfilled by Exporience.com or by Amazon.com.
If the item was fulfilled by Exporience:
Our shipping team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, due to shipping factors beyond our control, damage may occur, in rare instances. If you think that this is indeed the case, please do not attempt to open it. Rather, please contact Exporience's returns department and we will, in turn, instruct you as to the proper procedure to obtain an exchange. Please note that we exchange all defective shipments free of charge. However, refunds are still subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations requested and received by our shipping department before the order has shipped will be refunded less a minimal $5.00 charge due to credit card charges.
Cancellations requested after your order has shipped will require your refusal of delivery acceptance when the shipping carrier delivers. We will process your refund after your shipment has been returned to us. A nominal $10.00 charge will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges will also not be credited in this case. Likewise, shipments which have had 3 delivery attempts without success and have been returned to us by the shipping carrier will also have the above charge deducted. Cancellations which are accepted when delivered are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Other Returns (buyer remorse)
Shipment of product is as advertised in our catalog. Please inspect your shipment carefully to ensure that it meets your expectations upon receipt or your order. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations or satisfaction, please contact us at once and tell us your concerns, so that we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase.
In the event that your issues cannot be resolved, you may return your order. Please follow the instructions below for the proper procedure.
You may exchange or return any item for a refund up to 14 days from the original purchase date. Exchanges are free of charge. Refunds are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Certain products are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned. Please note the list below for excluded products.
When original product and associated equipment and materials are not completely intact in original shipped condition.
Products that come packaged in a plastic blister pack and has been torn or cut open.
Products which are determined to have a manufacturer defect are excluded from the above list and can be returned for a new replacement. Orders which were damaged during shipment are likewise excluded and can be returned, for a replacement.
Cell Phone Buyers are responsible for network, GSM band, and Carrier compatibility, including internet browsing, picture and text messaging functionality which are not guaranteed.
All other products may be returned. However a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping amount even if you originally had free shipping or paid a promotional shipping price.
All returns require RMA authorization. Returns sent without RMA authorization will be refused.
Upon receipt and inspection of goods, Exporience will credit your original credit card account.
If the item was fulfilled by Amazon:
Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of Exporience or Amazon error.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact the merchant for issues concerning these items.
Instructions on how to return items:
- 1. Visit the return center HERE to create a return merchandise authorization
- 2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label
- 3. Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
- 4. Ship package
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
